Rod Hatley and his expertise in estate planning have been a major source of comfort and support for our family over a period of many decades. He revised the original estate planning that was done for my mother by another attorney in the (insert decade) to better suit her needs, and then Rod revised her plan again several years later, based on the changes in her life. All of which meant that, by the time of her passing, we had documents that accurately reflected her wishes, which were so important and helpful during that difficult time. During both periods of careful planning, Rod patiently answered all our questions – a wonderful level of support that he continued to provide long after our mother’s death until all the details of her estate had been wrapped up. In short, he didn’t just sell us an estate plan and then walk away – he was there for us, from beginning to end, during all the times that we really need him.
